These terms apply to the BrewQuote app and brewquote.co.uk, operated by ARX Algorithms. By using BrewQuote you agree to them.

The service

BrewQuote helps you create, send and manage quotes. You're responsible for the content of your quotes, including prices, descriptions, terms and tax treatment. VAT, reverse charge and CIS calculations are provided as a guide and are not tax or legal advice. Check anything you're unsure about with an accountant.

Subscriptions

BrewQuote is a paid subscription with a free trial, billed through Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies.

Your customers

When you send a quote with a link, your customer can view it, accept and sign it, ask for a change, or reject it. The agreement for the work is between you and your customer. BrewQuote is not a party to it.

Acceptable use

Don't use BrewQuote for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, to send spam, or to try to break or get around the service or its paywall.

Liability

We work hard to keep BrewQuote accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from quotes you send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
